Casa Yvonne is a newly built contemporary home located in San Jose del Cabo’s exclusive Puerto Los Cabos Fundadores development. Great Room
The great room was designed as an open loft and serves as the center of activity within Casa Yvonne. The 50 x 30 foot room features retractable glass pocket doors that run the entire length of the room and fully open the space to a covered patio dining area and the outside ocean view. The interior is equipped with a large, well-stocked Tequila bar with sink and ice-maker, large dining table and regulation-sized pool table. A 65” plasma TV hangs above the 20 foot long fireplace. The home theater system is accessible via an iPad-based Crestron system that controls the Blu Ray/DVD, AppleTV, Digital Cable and 5.1 Digital Dolby surround sound home theater. The iPad control also provides access to the house SiriusXM Satellite radio and iPod accessible music system. Like all of the other rooms within Casa Yvonne, the great room contains its own, separately controlled AC units.
Pool Deck
One of the most spectacular features of Casa Yvonne is its sprawling infinity pool and deck. The pool’s total length is 77 feet and overlooks the Sea Of Cortez. The infinity pool has a waterfall that originates at the Jacuzzi, above. The deck has access to the home’s central sound system with six JBL concert-style speakers throughout. Several lounging and seating options are available for sun and shade. The main level has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a Viking BBQ, sink and fridge.
Two Master Suites
Casa Yvonne features two equal large-sized Master Bedroom Suites. Luxurious spa bathrooms with double sinks, oversized soaking tubs, and indoor and outdoor showers. Each of these Master Suites includes a spacious private balcony overlooking the ocean. In room amenities include large plasma TV’s with DVD players, Crestron control for house satellite radio and iPod, as well as separate in room AC for both bathroom and bedroom.
Four Guest Rooms
Casa Yvonne features four separate luxurious guest suites, each with a separate entrance off the central courtyard. Three of the suites have King Beds. The other has two Queen Beds. Each has its own private bathroom with oversized shower and double sinks. In room amenities include large plasma TV’s with DVD players, Crestron control for house satellite radio and iPod, as well as separate in room AC for both bathroom and bedroom.
Kitchen
The large gourmet kitchen comes equipped with a double Viking refrigerator and freezer, a six burner plus grill Professional Viking range and two Viking dishwashers.
Casa Yvonne is equipped with all the necessary cooking supplies and appliances for foodies or those who pretend to be. The kitchen fully opens through retractable sliding glass doors onto the adjacent central courtyard
